What is TREK?

Trek is a leadership development program with 3 stages. The aim is to support the personal growth of our youth through relationship, training, service, and challenges. It is an intense, unforgettable program that requires a willingness for teamwork, compassion, and dedication.

Who is TREK for?

Trek is for students entering grades 9-12 who want to grow and learn and serve.

How do the 3 levels of TREK work?

*Trek requires an application process of 3 steps: 1.) Parents fill out the registration. 2.) Trek applicants fill out the application form and send it in. 3.) Trek students are contacted for a call/zoom/in-person interview.

*Forms will be available once registration opens on January 25.

Summit 1 takes place every week of the summer, on a week-by-week basis during camps until Aug. 7, and the focus is on service and discipleship. Summit 1 is for youth entering grade 9 and up. Sign up for as much or as little as you like!

Summit 2 is a 4 week commitment (with weekends off, July 5-July 30), with the opportunity of a week of junior leading (Aug 2-7). Summit 2 does not require the completion of Summit 1 to apply. Summit 2 is for youth entering grades 10-12.

Summit 3 is a 5 week commitment (with weekends off, July 5-August 7), with the opportunity of a week of junior leading (Aug 9-14). Summit 3 does require the completion of Summit 2 to apply. Summit 3 is for youth entering grades 11-12. It involves a service project which often involves travelling off-site as a Trek group.
